- Maintain Full Cycle Accounting in Quick Books
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Processing Payroll
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare & Monitor Cash Flows & Budgets
- Monthly Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation
- HST & Payroll Remittance
- Assist supported executives with corporate and personal tasks on an as needed basis;
- Manage day-to-day requirements of Commercial real estate portfolio, including bid tendering, tenant management, and property repair and maintenance management;
- Manage database of corporate portfolio and completion of corporate related documentation;
- Provide administrative and other support to other departments as needed and as directed by supported executives;
- Special projects or other duties as assigned.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
