Responsibilities:

• Search, evaluate and add new affiliates with CPA, CPI and CPL campaigns to the existing sources pool.
  
• Monitor affiliate performance.
  
• Maintain sound relationships with affiliates and partners.
  
• Regular campaign performance evaluation.
  
• Build up a team of Affiliate Executives with up to date industry knowledge.
  
• Deal with  purchase, negotiate of rates, renew or cancel media placements and other advertising activities.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing.
  
• Affiliate network, ad affiliate or ad network working experiences.
  
• Comprehensive experiences on Platforms like Hasoffers, Voluum, Affise or Cake is required.
  
• Strong written and oral English/Mandarin communication skills
