Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a QC Inspectorto fulfill our growing demands of production. In this role, the candidate will provide support to the production in various QC duties. The QC Inspector will work with the Production to achieve high quality in job production and completing assigned projects under tight deadlines.Job Responsibilities:

• Principles of injection molding
  
• Thorough knowledge of product requirements
  
• Random variation of processes and identification of the assignable causes
  
• Perform and report in-process inspections
  
• Able to use caliper, micrometer, force gauge, and other basic inspection tools
  
• Must observe and ensure compliance with all health & safety policy sections which apply to the position and your operations
  

Job Requirements:

• Familiar with injection molding products, manufacturing processes, quality inspection technique.
  
• Able to use inspection instruments such as: caliper, micrometer, force gauge.
  
• Minimum one-year work experience in injection molding industry
  
• Able to judge the product acceptance
  
• Able to write non-conforming report
  
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
