We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Richmond Hill, ON. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the Sales Engineer will be responsible for company product presentation, provide trusted technical advice, develop relationship with organization.
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and confidently deliver presentations of the company's products/solutions to prospects and customers (resellers, end-users, distributors, etc.) Articulate the company’s technical value proposition, differentiators, and capabilities Provide trusted technical advice and recommendations to clients Develop working relationships with partner organizations to ensure effective collaboration in responding to customer needs Demonstrate products/solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, at executive and/or technical levels, both pre-and post-sales Deliver internal and external training on the company's existing and new products/solutions Respond to the tenders/inquiries and produce detailed proposals Engage directly with sales and account teams to support pre-sales activities Ensure close cooperation with Product Management by integrating customer feedback into a product roadmap.

Excellent presentation and public speaking skills Ability to work independently within a fast-evolving technical environment Ability to quickly learn new technologies and have an ongoing desire to stay current with the latest technologies Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: switching, wireless, and routing Experience in preparing business solution proposals Excellent written and verbal communication in English, French is an asset Sound knowledge and practical experience in the area of pre-sales activities Diploma in Computer Technology-related discipline (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc.) Industry-recognized certificates are assets 5 years Networking Engineer experience
