招聘岗位： 课程顾问： Job Description:

• Define, develop and optimize the operational process of products (courses and services), and contribute to their iterations and upgrades.
  
• Collect, aggregate, and analyze students' feedback to develop customized learning strategies for students and monitor the real-time performance of users and products.
  
• Excavate and develop marketing/sales/teaching resources from products and users and diversify the highlights of SavvyPro and its products.
  
• Liaise with relevant business teams to ensure customer expectations are met. Ensure the information provided to the users/students is relevant and appropriate to their needs and service standards are met.
  
• Run continuous A/B tests and use data to determine the best ideas to drive growth and improve customers’ satisfaction rate.
  
• Plan and arrange workshops and events for potential customers on a controlled budget. Prepare reports after events about the event process to the direct manager.
  
• Coordinate the events and workshops onsite such as sitting up the event room, directing the clients and collecting the questionnaires from the clients.
