岗位：教育顾问（销售岗） Position: Educational Consultant (SALES ORIENTED)

职责： Main Responsibilities: 1. 培训中熟悉加拿大教育体制，通过相关考核； Familiar with the Canadian educational system of all ages and passed related exams. 2. 参加各高中、学院或大学的信息分享会，获取最新资讯，与客户沟通中能灵活地分享信息，抓住需求点，最终实现销售目的； Participated and obtained new knowledge and information from high school/college/university education seminars; able to skillfully share and capture key points in customer communication, in order to facilitate the final sale. 3. 参加文案培训，通过考核；熟悉不同申请程序以及申请要求，让客户感受到专业的咨询服务； Familiar with application procedures and requirements and passed related exams; professional attitude towards any consultation case. 4. 熟悉求职以及移民服务模块内容； Familiar with job landing and immigration-related service 5. 在团队的协助下，完成可达到的销售指标； Capable of completing KPI through teamwork. 6. 具备个性化的客户开拓能力以及业务拓展能力； Flexible and creative in meeting client needs and expanding client resources 7. 具备敢问、敢说的沟通能力 Active and accurate in conversation and query

薪酬： Salary: 1. 实习期间以业务佣金作为薪酬； During Probation, salary is paid by commission 2. 实习期内完成指定销售目标即可转正。全职以基本工资加佣金作为薪酬。 Conversion to a permanent position based on sale quota. The full-time position is paid both on annual salary and commission-monthly paid.
