Job Duties: • Responsible for the management of the distribution team, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, payroll settlement, etc. • Improve the work efficiency of the distribution team based on data and continuously improve customer (end-user) satisfaction • Handle all kinds of emergencies in a timely manner
Job Requirements: • Ability to manage, respond and communicate and coordinate • Serious and responsible, able to work under pressure • Fluent in Chinese and English • Have a valid driver license and a vehicle
