- Receives, marks, stores, and distributes merchandises, foodstuffs, and other supplies;
- Inspects incoming stock/materials for conformity to purchase orders and packing slips;
- Reports undocumented/unordered shipments, shortages, and/or damaged items and goods to appropriate authority;
- Perform picking/packing duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
- Fill orders and requisitions submitted by online customer and organizational departments;
- Picks and delivers orders to assigned customers;
- Proof proficiency in writing and communicating in Chinese is a MUST;
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and statutory holidays as required;
- 1-2 years previous warehouse/customer service experience preferred;
- Knowledge of basic warehousing, storage, and distribution methods and procedures is preferred;
- Knowledge of basic customer service, order picking is preferred;
- Ability to maintain accurate stock and inventory files and records as assigned;
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms;
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with those contacted in the performance of required duties;
- Requires a valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle;
- Physical demands and abilities;
- Be able to carry / lift objects 10-50lbs
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl;
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance;
