Online Merchandiser The Online Merchandiser is a key member of the Operations team and performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders and also perform customer service function to fulfill online customer inquires. The responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:


  • Receives, marks, stores, and distributes merchandises, foodstuffs, and other supplies;
  • Inspects incoming stock/materials for conformity to purchase orders and packing slips;
  • Reports undocumented/unordered shipments, shortages, and/or damaged items and goods to appropriate authority;
  • Perform picking/packing duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
  • Fill orders and requisitions submitted by online customer and organizational departments;
  • Picks and delivers orders to assigned customers;


The successful candidate will possess:


  • Proof proficiency in writing and communicating in Chinese is a MUST;


  • Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and statutory holidays as required;
  • 1-2 years previous warehouse/customer service experience preferred;
  • Knowledge of basic warehousing, storage, and distribution methods and procedures is preferred;
  • Knowledge of basic customer service, order picking is preferred;


Key skills and abilities we are looking for:


  • Ability to maintain accurate stock and inventory files and records as assigned;
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms;
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with those contacted in the  performance of required duties;
  • Requires a valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle;
  • Physical demands and abilities;
  • Be able to carry / lift objects 10-50lbs
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl;
  • Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance;
