密西沙加和奥克维尔交界处,私立教育机构招前台文员。 需要中英文流利,具体信息见下方: Job Description - Perform receptionist duties: Answers inquiries and relays messages from parents, students, staff and the public both by telephone and in person. - Communications with students and parents: Booking classes, Forwarding documents, Making general announcement, Following up on student attendance and absentees by phone, etc. - Assists with registration of new students: Requests and forwards student files, Enter/maintain data and generate reports. - Files and maintains a variety of materials: Confidential and non-confidential correspondence, newsletters, student and staff files. - Day to day scheduling: Making class arrangements, keep staff’s schedule updated. - Submits and ensures the accuracy of support staff timesheets and Report of Teacher Absences and Substitutes Employed forms. - Complete purchase orders for office and school supplies for authorization, check orders received and distribution, and maintain an inventory of office supplies.- Composes routine correspondence Required Qualifications and Experience: - College or Bachelors Degree, or equivalent; Education related program as an asset - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite:Word, Excel and/or Powerpoint - Proficient With OneDrive, G-Suite Type of Cloud Platform - Ability To Learn and Work With Constant Interruptions and To Meet Deadlines - Ability To Communicate Effectively, with good knowledge of Business English - Bilingual in Mandarin required Expected Start Date: 2021-05-04 . *This Position Has a Two Month Probationary Period.
