EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Education: College or University level of education or equivalent level of experience in IT industry is required
- This position requires flexibility in working hours,which includes evenings, weekends and mandatory holidays.
- May be required to travel to multiple sites in Ontario and need to have access to car and a valid driver’s G2 or G license in good standing.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Acting as a technical resource on various IT-related projects and initiatives
- Providing system setup, installation, configuration and maintenance including but not limited to hardware, operating systems and applications
- Technical support and maintenance
- Service monitoring and reporting, risk management and compliance
- Solution exploration, enhancements and continuous improvements, projects, etc.
