多伦多房地产开发商万锦总部、Niagara Falls分部、Muskoka分部, 诚聘三名全职办公人员
1. (急招) 1位Niagara Falls Region (Niagara Falls/Welland) - Project Manager Assistant
负责工程收尾,Tarion Warranty相关,运作管理销售中心,准备及管理相关法律文件、合同及报告等,联系跟进客户,招聘培训办公人员等等。 Job Description: -Operating and manage the Sales Office according company standard working and operation procedure. -Handling all prospect inquiries and follow-up; Sort and file the related documents of all operation process. -Preparing all legal documents and reports; fulfilling FINTRAC tracking and reporting requirements; hiring, training and managing support sales & administrative staff; and managing general administrative sales office operations & staff. -Execute all purchase and sale agreements. -Assist the Sales team with the sale network establishment and management -Assume full responsibility for sourcing, interview,  selection sale manager/ general brokers per area per product as much as possible ; -Organize and manage co-broker outreach, including all special events, broker presentations, etc. -Manage and follow-up all prospect inquiries from the public and/or general agents to facilitate a sale.
要求:工作经验至少两年,英文流利,本地大专及以上学历,工程、装修施工相关工作经验优先考虑,有责任心,有领导力,执行力,善于沟通协调


2.(急招)1位Project Manager Assistant(404/Steeles)
Markham.ON. 偶尔会当天或一两天短途短期出差到Muskoka 负责外联,协助楼盘开卖文件准备、整理,联系客户律师销售,沟通协调各部门工作等 要求:工作经验至少两年,英文流利,本地大专及以上学历,熟悉办公软件应用,有自媒体运营经验和平面设计基础优先,有责任心,有条理,有领导力,执行力。善于沟通协调 会计、财务、建筑工程专业,行政管理专业经验背景优先考虑



3. 1位Project Coordinator (Bracebridge Towncenter) Muskoka,ON. (2 个月后入职) 监督协调工程相关事务。联系客户,对接总部,文件准备及管理等。 要求:工作经验至少两年,英文流利,有责任心,善于时间规划,有相关企业管理经验,有领导力和执行力,优秀的沟通协调能力,具有良好的合作精神,会计或建筑工程背景优先考虑
