(急招) 1位Niagara Falls Region (Niagara Falls/Welland) - Project Manager Assistant 负责工程收尾,Tarion Warranty相关,运作管理销售中心,准备及管理相关法律文件、合同及报告等,联系跟进客户,招聘培训办公人员等等。 Job Description: -Operating and manage the Sales Office according company standard working and operation procedure. -Handling all prospect inquiries and follow-up; Sort and file the related documents of all operation process. -Preparing all legal documents and reports; fulfilling FINTRAC tracking and reporting requirements; hiring, training and managing support sales & administrative staff; and managing general administrative sales office operations & staff. -Execute all purchase and sale agreements. -Assist the Sales team with the sale network establishment and management -Assume full responsibility for sourcing, interview, selection sale manager/ general brokers per area per product as much as possible ; -Organize and manage co-broker outreach, including all special events, broker presentations, etc. -Manage and follow-up all prospect inquiries from the public and/or general agents to facilitate a sale. 要求:工作经验至少两年,英文流利,本地大专及以上学历,工程、装修施工相关工作经验优先考虑,有责任心,有领导力,执行力,善于沟通协调
