-Operating and manage the Sales Office in Welland according company standard working and operation procedure. -Handling all prospect inquiries and follow-up; Sort and file the related documents of all operation process. -Preparing all legal documents and reports; fulfilling FINTRAC tracking and reporting requirements; hiring, training and managing support sales & administrative staff; and managing general administrative sales office operations & staff. -Execute all purchase and sale agreements. -Assist the Sales team with the sale network establishment and management -Assume full responsibility for sourcing, interview, selection sale manager/ general brokers per area per product as much as possible ; -Organize and manage co-broker outreach, including all special events, broker presentations, etc. -Manage and follow-up all prospect inquiries from the public and/or general agents to facilitate a sale.
