Job Description General administrative duties in a music school environment and to cover reception work includes answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, data entry, emailing, filing and other office duties.
Qualifications:
1. Business Diploma or equivalent, marketing knowledge an asset
2. Minimum 1-year office administration or business-related experience
3. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
4. Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant and friendly manner
5. Flexible and be able to multi-task at all times
6. Maintain effective working relationships and good team player
7. Language Requirement: Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Responsibilities:
1. Provides customer service based, efficient and informative telephone and reception service
2. Assists in dealing with email enquiries and channels all incoming/outing mails and fax
3. Registers students for music lessons, programs and coordinates teachers’ schedule
4. Diary management and arrangements appointments, booking meeting rooms and recital hall
5. Ensures that the Reception Area is kept neat and tidy, and that information pamphlet are up-to-date
6. Maintains the company social media accounts
7. Assists in the company’s program/activities 8. Provides administration support to the Marketing campaign and Senior Management 9. Organize office supplies, make an order to fulfill the supply needs
