Key Responsibilities
● Welcome, engage and connect with customers in-store
● Describe features and benefits of heat-not-burn tobacco products to customers
● Utilize computer terminals and complete transactions accurately and efficiently
● Manage incoming orders by website, phone, email and in person
● Keep the store clean and organized
● Team Player with positive attitude & highest integrity

Qualifications:
● 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
● Experience in tobacco industry is preferred
● Self-motivated and has the ability to work with little supervision
● Full-time availability to work varied flexible schedules
● Excellent communication skills
● Strong organizational and time management skillsJob

Type: Full-timeSalary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:
● 8 hour shift
● Max 40 hours/week (Included weekends)

Experience:
● sales: 1 year (Preferred)
● customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
