Job Duties:

- Enter and maintain customer's orders
- Enter and reconcile supplier's invoice
- Track inventories and prepare materials needed for shipment
- Prepare paperwork for shipment - General office assistance
- Should be able to handle high stress and time sensitive environment
Requirements:

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Very organized and attention to detail
- Proficient in excel - Fluent English, Cantonese or Mandarin

Working hours: Part Time or Full Time
Working Location: Scarborough, ON
Wage: TBA
