Job duties

  • Preparing and complete clients’ immigration applications for visas, permanent residence, citizenship, etc.
  • Writing submission letters; following up the application during its processing
  • Translation of documents as required from Chinese to English and vice versa
  • Translating as an interpreter for clients
  • Communicating with clients regarding their immigration application
  • Reply written inquiries through email or fax
  • Phone handling and appointment booking
  • Message taking and retrieving
  • Photocopying & Filing
