Job Description The Accounting Clerk performs a variety of general accounting support tasks in the accounting department.Duties:-Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records-Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., bank deposits, disbursements, expense vouchers, accounts payable and accounts receivable)-Reconciles accounts in a timely manner-Recommends actions to resolve discrepanciesQualifications:-Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Accounting Software-Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must-Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset-Requires 2 years experience-proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk-Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin is an asset)Salary:NegotiableReference ID: Accounting Clerk Job Type: Full-time Please send resume to :
