Orion Computer & Electronics is a Wholesaler/Retailer of IT products,personal computers,peripherals,as well as consumer electronics. We are actively recruiting for a professional, highly skilled and experienced individual to assume the role of full-time Executive Assistant. Your main responsibilities are as follow: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (NOC: 1222)
1)Review and filter all incoming and outgoing mails, calls, emails, and faxes; 2)Manage an executive’s daily schedule, set up professional and personal appointments; 3)Perform searches and provide information and recommendations; 4)File and organize paper and electronic documents, such as emails,Reports and other administrative records; 5)Manage the executive’s professional and personal calendar and meet
requests, coordinate appointments and ensure everything runs in a smooth,timely manner; 6)Ensure tasks and projects are completed within deadlines; 7)Prepare meet agendas so as to maximize time efficiency; 8)Take notes during meets and write summaries; 9)Respond to information requests, prepare the necessary documentation and ensure follow-up actions; 10)Act as a liaison and first point of contact with internal and external customers, vendors, and team members, interact with them in a professional timely manner; 11)Meet with people of interest and other important associates of the company on behalf of executives; 12)Oversee and monitor all internal correspondence and reports; 13)Coordinate messenger and courier service with preferred vendors; 14)Continuously monitor,respond to, and forward incoming emails; 15) Update and maintain existing contact lists; 16)Draft and approve written communications, reports,presentations, and spreadsheets; 17)Conduct research and generate reports by collecting data from various tools, and consolidate it into reports; 18)Prepare presentations,documents, and other reports; 19)Book conference rooms and other meeting locations; 20)Secure venues and co-ordinate cater and other logistics when planning bigger events; 21)Handle travel and lodge arrangements; 22)Convert paper documents to digital us a scanner; 23)Assist with data entry and database maintenance; 24)Order missing supplies and maintain inventory; 25)Replace materials and equipment as needed or instructed; 26)Manage and report company’s expenses.


You will be the right candidate if you have these attributes: §enjoy working closely with a busy executive who has many roles in business and in the community §able to analyze complex situations and relationships to support my employer's activities §ability to be flexible with my time and talents is outstanding §proven strengths in report writing, preparation of Power Point presentations and graphics §comfortable in situations that require rapid response §Administrative/Executive Assistant: minimum 5 years (Required) §Bachelor Degree in International Economic and Trade
