Job Description
Reports to: Service Operations Position Summary: The Supply ChainProject Lead will lead the implementation of supply chain projects andobjectives of company’s service operations. The projects include but notlimited to co-develop service app with technical team for every serviceproduct, setup vendor management framework, process and database in App.Objectives include but not limited to constant vendor sourcing, contract andservice level management, sales and procurement order management through outthe order to cash flow. The Supply Chain Project lead will also act as firstline customer service representative on behalf of company during the serviceconflict resolution process between client and vendors. PrimaryResponsibilities: ·
Championimplementation of assigned tasks/projects with internal/external crossfunctional team. ·
Source and motivatestrategic aligned vendors to join service operation network, coach and developthem to grow following customer service and technology road map. ·
Implement vendormanagement initiatives – standardize service manual, user experienceimprovement practice, vendor performance report cards and vendor developmentetc. ·
Coordinate withcustomer/agent/vendors on new service product development, and geographicservice model expansion plan implementation. ·
Role model ofefficiency and effectiveness continue improvement through out the serviceprocess. ·
Benchmarking bestpractices within the real estate industry and across. ·
Receive and follow upcustomer complaint to service following defined process. Additional Skill andKnowledge Requirements: ·
Fluent MandarinChinese is a must. ·
Business acumen &customer service attitude ·
Negotiations skillstraining and experience ·
Excellent time managementand organizational skills ·
Strong analytical,planning, modeling, decision making and multi-tasking skills ·
Minimum 1 years’experience in a manufacturing or real estate environment preferably inpurchasing or project management ·
Experience workingwith overseas suppliers and non-traditional supply chains is preferred. ·
General ERP softwareexperience & contract knowledge ·
Intermediate toadvanced MS Office skills ·
Previous Propertymanagement experience is nice to have ·
Roll over the sleevesJust-do-it type of character EducationRequirements: ·
University Degree orCollege Diploma in Business, Real Estate/Property Management preferred ·
Progress towards, orcompletion of Supply Chain or property Management Designations like CPM, CPIM,Realtor license etc. Only candidates withapplicable experience will be selected for an interview. ·
