We are looking for ambitious and energetic Bilingual (English & Mandarin) Sales Associates, both full time and part time, to promote YY LINK and to expand our clientele. As an integral member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying YY LINk’s potential business partners, connecting with and introducing YY LINK to them, and finally bringing them onboard.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, should be able to think critically when making plans, and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. The ideal candidate must also ensure timely responsiveness to both internal and external requests, requiring strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
About Us YY LINK is a WeChat mini-program (“sub-application” ) within the WeChat ecosystem. We are a leading tourism platform that features hot spots across Canada including attractions, indoor activities and festivals.
Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but not limited to: ·
Identify new partnership opportunities; ·
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help with the expansion of YY LINK; ·
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs; ·
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients; ·
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support; ·
Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives; ·
Prepare presentation proposal and related sales materials; ·
Build long-term relationships with new and existing business partners; and ·
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Business Travel Expect approximately 40% Domestic travel.
Requirements ·
Ability to travel by car/plane as necessary, with overnights in other cities to support sales activity as needed; ·
Relevant working experience in sales or travel industry is an asset; ·
Proficiency in Mandarin and English; ·
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including formal presentation skills; ·
Interpersonal savvy when interacting with existing and potential business partners and internal employees; ·
Time management and planning skills are a must.
