We are a privately owned Real Estate Development and Investment company. We are looking to hire 2 positions to join this growing company.
- 1) Sales & Marketing Assistant (市场营销助理)- Part-time
Duty & Requirement
- 1. Expertise in real estate new developments marketing
- 2. Proven experienced in sales process in GTA new developments
- 3. Experience with establishment with media network is a plus
- 4. Proven track record of an advisory / managerial role
- 5. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- 6. Remuneration to be discussed during the interview
*This is a part-time job, usually you can work from home, but you need to show up in office as needed.
- 2) Project Development Manager(项目管理经理)- Full-time
- 1. Responsible for marketing research and information collection of real estate projects (including customer groups, project details and return on investment, other channels and details of acting for the project, etc.);
- 2. Develop development plans and tools, negotiate or sign relevant contracts;
- 3. Feed back the developer's relevant information and needs to the contracted company to ensure the smooth progress of the company's project;
- 4. Establish and maintain the cooperation relationship with the contracted company to obtain more resources;
- 5. Coordinate with all departments to complete other work.
Qualifications
1. At least 2 years working experience in real estate project development;
2. Strong ability of communication and negotiation; familiar with Canadian real estate market, rich real estate development channels and related resources preferred;
3. Have a strong sense of goal and action, as well as good communication and coordination, negotiation ability;
4. Fluent Chinese / English communication skills.
