We are currently hiring a HR Assistant to support the department in employee maintenance, hiring and other HR related processes. The candidate will act as a first point of contact for the employees within the company. This position will report to the Assistant-Manager and Senior Manager of human resources. The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of recruiting experience in an agency environment. The HR assistant will be responsible for data maintenance, HR related administrative duties and agency hiring to support the production. Furthermore, this position requires the candidate to work in a fast paced environment and being able to multi-task.
Job Responsibilities: •Jobs sharing with HR Assistant on data processing and files maintaining for all waged staff. •Communicate with employment agencies for staffing related matters and recruitment of waged staff. •Carry out the new agency employees’ sign-up procedures, new hire orientation, and H&S training when need arise. •Maintain the Training Matrix, Training Record Binders and Training Material Files for all staffs in accordance with all internal and external audit requirements. •Prepare the enrollments/changes of Insurance matters for all staffs and verify the respective monthly billing statements •Annual Appraisal Form preparation for all departments. Data entry for the results for non-office staff. •Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents for the Human Resources department. Provide professional and high quality assistance to all aspects of HR and training. •Employee record maintenance through the use of Multiable (HRIS system).
Qualifications: •University degree or college diploma in human resources would be an asset. •Being able to speak Chinese would be an asset. •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook). •1-2 years of recruiting experience in an agency environment is highly preferred. •Strong problem solving, communication skills, and organizational skills. •Able to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
