Key Responsibilities
- ● Pick up income phone call and provide consulting to customers
- ● Prepare regular reports and presentations
- ● Accurately describe financial product features and benefits
- ● To determine specific scheduling requirements.
- ● Build up and retain a long relationship with the client
- ● Processing the paperwork for opening and closing account in CRM system
Requirement
- ● Proven working experience in the financial industry
- ● Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
- ● Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
- ● Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- ● Communication and interpersonal skills
- ● Basic administration skills
- ● Able to develop and expand the relevant network
