Full-Time Junior / Intermediate Bookkeeper (Markham) An accounting company is looking for a Full-Time Bookkeeper. The responsibilities of the Bookkeeper will include the following: Full cycle bookkeeping including month end statements, entering of bank transactions, processing of receivables and payables, handling payroll remittance and GST/HST filing and other related administration work. Requirements: · An accounting designation is not necessary but a combination of education and experience is preferable; · Work experience and knowledge of QuickBooks as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel etc.); · Strong accuracy and attention to detail; · Eager to learn and able to work under pressure; · Strong organization skills and ability to manage several tasks; · Perform other financial duties as required; · Must be prepared to 'wear many hats' and multitask on a daily basis; · Good written and verbal communication in English & Cantonese/Mandarin; · Will provide on-job training; Experience: · Bookkeeping: 2 years + · QuickBooks: 2 years +
