                            密市食品供应公司招全职文员office admin。要求能英语普通话和粤语三语能力,电脑操作信息录入。有文职方面的经验背景。主要负责接听电话 ,接订单,data entry,处理invoice订单和文档归类。 
 
 工作时间:周一至周五 8:00 am-4:00 pm 
 工作地点:Etobicoke 近 QEW 
 工资待遇:$ 13/hr 起薪以面试和经验背景定 
 明年起14+vacation pay 
 
 有些销售或文员经验的留学生也可协助移民工作需要但要求工作表现优异! 
 
 Respond to all client inquiries including email and phone calls 
 
 - Assist with Administrative functions like faxing, scanning of results to shipping receiving department, 
 
 -Data entry and file organizing 
 
 - Answer team multi-switchboard line 
 
 - Greeting customers with proper manner 
 
 - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
 
 Skills: 
 
 -General Computer skills required: Microsoft Word and Excel. 
 
 -Customer Service experience with excellent communication skills. 
 
 -Good manner in customer service and phone call 
 
 -Ability to work in a fast paced environment. 
 
 -Must having the ability to speak Both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) fluently
