密市手机配件公司招订单文员,公司主要经营各类手机零配件。主要接待客户,负责产品订单的对单,取货和拿货。要求能够流利的英文沟通,女士优先。希望能长期稳定,欢迎刚毕业的留学生,可协助移民。
如有电子手机零配件销售方面背景可商谈更高起薪。

工作地点:密市Eglinton/Tomken
工作时间: MON-SUN 10:00 am-7:00 pm, 1 or 2 off days depends on needed

工资待遇: $14/hr , 试用期结束表现良好可涨薪


Roles & Responsibilities
--Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
--Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using clear communication skills
--Keep records and feedback of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
--Knowledgeable in consumer cell phone features is an asset
--Proficient in English speaking is a MUST


Requirement:
-- The customer service must be a clear and efficient communicator maintaining contact with their designated sales manager following up on any changes or additional information.
- Open minded and comfortable corporate with multicultural working team.
- Must be able to understand, read, speak and write in English fluently. You also need to deal with clients in local, so excellent English communication skill is a must.
