Roles & Responsibilities --Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries --Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using clear communication skills --Keep records and feedback of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents --Knowledgeable in consumer cell phone features is an asset --Proficient in English speaking is a MUST
Requirement: -- The customer service must be a clear and efficient communicator maintaining contact with their designated sales manager following up on any changes or additional information. - Open minded and comfortable corporate with multicultural working team. - Must be able to understand, read, speak and write in English fluently. You also need to deal with clients in local, so excellent English communication skill is a must. -Professional business manner -Flexible working schedule if needed
