Now we are hiring following positions:
1. Receptionist:Key Responsibilities: ·Greet and assist incoming customers, vendors and all visitors. ·Answer and direct telephone calls, receive and forward telephone inquiries to appropriate person and provide general information to clients and the public. ·Prepare typed documents for Management using Word and Excel. ·Perform clerical duties; general filing and file maintenance, as required. ·Provide administrative assistance and support to other departments as needed. ·Keep working area organized and tidy. ·Manage daily cash reconciliation. ·Process shipping feedback for invoicing on all shipments. ·Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements: ·Education:college diploma or equivalent experience ·Languages:English ( ability to speak mandarin will be an asset) ·Exhibits excellent time management and organizational skills ·Must have a very high level of attention to detail and accuracy ·Practice excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills ·Ability to work under pressure and experience managing customer request ·Must be enthusiastic and enjoy working with people in a busy office environment with minimum supervision
2. Office Administration Responsibilities: ·Process incoming sales orders and work with sales team to ensuredata accuracy and enter information into QuickBooks or similar software systemto initiate order process. ·Deliver fulfillment ready orders to warehouse and communicate anyspecial requirements ·Manage logistic solutions to ensure on time delivery of orders ·Key point person for order tracking, ensuring 100% shipment ·Clear system error logs for all channels ·Researching complex product configurations utilizing all availableinformation sources ·Initiating requests for information if not available. ·Other operations-related responsibilities may be added as thecompany continues to grow Qualifications and Requirements: ·University degree or equivalent in business related major ·Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint ·Highly organized and detailed oriented ·Ability to multitask and prioritize ·Excellent time management skills and ability to manage deadlines ·Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands on, strategicapproach to business
