Job description: - Provide university/college advising to students - Arrange course schedules and help students withcourse selection process - Initiate and conduct IEP if necessary - Support teachers in terms of student affairs - Implement guidance programs - Set up and maintain student records (OSR) - Undertake other work assigned by Academic Dean Salary: Commensurate with qualifications andrelevant experience Qualification: - College Diploma/Degree or equivalent ineducation, psychology, or other related field, or equivalent combination of education and working experiences - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of Ontario Curriculum and GrowingSuccess is an asset - Knowledge of international education system is an asset - Able to work by yourself and in a team environment - Exceptional organizational skills, detail-orientedcharacteristics, and problem-solving skills - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
