A Mobile Advisor is a brand ambassador for The Mobile Shopand an advocate for our customers. Mobile Advisors have a passion for wirelesssales, delivering a high level of customer service and teamwork within afast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieving all key business objectives: sales,service and customer experience standard ·
Actively reach out to customers within thestore to drive traffic to the location ·
Working in partnership with Lead Advisors andother Mobile Advisors to maximize sales ·
Provide customers with superior knowledge ofall product lines and services available ·
Establish trusting relationships with customersby helping them find the best products to meet their needs ·
Provide any customer with outstanding ongoingsupport ·
Understand market trends and high-levelcompetitor sales volumes ·
Complete weekly coaching logs and be receptiveto feedback ·
Have a professional, fun and friendly attitude!
QUALIFICATIONS:
·
1 - 2 years of sales and customer serviceexperience ·
Passion for the telecommunications industry anda keen interest in mobile devices and upcoming technology ·
Driven by success and challenge ·
Professional, fun and have great communicationskills ·
High level of integrity, trust andprofessionalism ·
Organized and quick thinking ·
Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast pacedteam environment ·
Employees are required to be able to stand forfull shifts and move around the store, as needed
