• Demonstrate a passion to connect and build rapport with a variety of customers
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customer and colleagues to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support and troubleshoot VoIP, Internet, IPTV and other services/products
• Assist customers with their care & technical troubleshooting inquiries, and process device testing, exchange.

2. Customer Service/ Store Manager Assistant
• Provide excellent sales and care service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction • Maintain a tidy of work area environment and ensure it is presentable • Help visitors to resolve sales and customer care related inquires/issues • Handle and received mails and packages • Handle relations and escalations via phone, in person, online chat • Participate marketing booth or other event when needed • Other responsibilities if assigned by management
3. Logistic Operator • Process and/or delivery shipping orders/tickets/requests in a timely manner
• Safely transport company staff
• Handle return devices, including reclassification, repackage, etc.
• Perform inventory responsibilities including, check dimension/stamping, enter information to system, preparedocumentations, organize storage space, and physical checkout, etc.
• Assist to communicate carriers for mailing related issues
• Assist warehouse organization
• Other responsibilities if assigned by management
