Our financial security advisors work with individuals, families and businesses to deliver services and solutions that help build, preserve and manage wealth. The Marketing Manager manages the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long term marketing strategy of the company by providing direction and support to the company to optimize successful growth by planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating marketing strategies to ensure that the company can reach all potential clients and markets in a cost effective and efficient manner. One of the company’s significant target markets is the Chinese community in Canada and therefore in addition to English, Mandarin language is required.  The marketing manager will report directly to the director of company. 
Key Responsibilities

Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. ·
Direct and evaluate the marketing strategies as required ·
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities ·
Oversee the company’s marketing budget. ·
Create and publish marketing material in line with marketing plans. ·
Plan, implement, monitor and measure results of promotional campaigns. ·
Have overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity matters. ·
Initiate market research studies and analyze findings. ·
Assist in product development where required. ·
Maintain effective internal communication to ensure all company employees are aware of marketing goals and objectives. ·
Work with external advertising companies as required from time to time. ·
Other related duties as assigned as required from time to time.
Qualifications
·
College diploma in business. ·
At least 2 years’ experience working as a marketing manager.  ·
Communication skills, both orally and in writing in English & Mandarin
Salary and Benefits Full time 35hr/week - $73,000/yr. Standard and Statutory benefits as per applicable legislation
