工作职责与内容：

  对各个销售平台上的网店进行日常管理与维护，其中包括：增减销售条目；更新产品内容；处理进出货以及退货；提供各式客户服务以及对客户所提问题进行及时回答；时刻保持与各个销售平台客服部门和技术部门的顺畅沟通从而使公司旗下各个网店保持最佳销售状态。
  
• 2.
  拍摄产品图片以及对其进行编辑与优化，并应用于制作宣传推广材料。
  
• 3.
  维护管理公司库存管理系统，确保系统与各个销售平台信息保持精确、一致，并定期提供库存报告。
  
• 4.
  与仓库以及各个快递运输公司进行协调沟通，确保销售订单准时发出并送递成功。
  
• 5.
  其它工作将根据具体情况安排
  

工作要求：

• 1.
  做事细心有条理，时间观念强，有团队精神并有独立开展工作的能力

  喜爱学习掌握新技术与能力，并具备在高速发展的行业与组织中所需的适应能力

  懂得操作各类Microsoft Office的软件

  具备网络销售与网站设计的基本概念，有相关经验者优先考虑

As an E-Commerce company we arelooking for an energetic, detail-oriented team player who has a positiveattitude! The following are your responsibilities: 1.
Daily optimize online store performance: adding/removing/optimizingproduct listings including images, setting up promotion events, processingoutbound, inbound, and RMA/Replacement shipments, communicating with customersfrom different E-platforms by emails, chats or answering phone calls 2.
Image shooting and editing to prepare marketing materials andcreate graphic design via photo/graphic design tools. (Such as: AdobePhotoshop, Adobe Illustrator) 3.
Maintain and manage the inventory system to ensure accurateinventory at all platforms, 4.
Communicate with warehouses and different shipping carriers tomake sure the orders are shipped and delivered in time. Pick and pack helpduring high season. 5.
Other projects, and duties may be assigned from time to time Qualification & Requirement: 1.
Deadline-drivenand be able to multi-task with solid organizational & time-managementskills. 2.
Eager tolearn and master new skills. Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a growing andchanging market. 3.
Advancedknowledge of Microsoft Office 4.
Advancedgraphic design (photoshop skills is a must). 5.
Experiencein Website Design and E-Commerce will be an asset 6.
SocialMedia experience is an asset 7.
Ability toread, write and speak English and Chinese at a proficient level.
