密市家用电子产品公司招全职客服文员,主要客户服务,接听客户来电,负责安排产品的安装,后期维护维修的答疑,跟进invoice订单,处理邮件。能够流利的英文沟通,要求有电子感应器设备相关经验和背景,男女皆可。

工作地点:宾顿
工作时间: 周一至周五 8:45 am--5:00 pm /12:00 pm-9:00 pm, Sometimes may require work on weekend due to different time zone client's needs.

工资待遇: $15-16/hr , 面试后根据经验决定起薪

Roles & Responsibilities
--Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
--Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
--Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
--Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using clear communication skills
--Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
--Knowledgeable in consumer electronic features and setup which involving wireless remote control, digital sensing and calibration etc.
--Keep records and feedback of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
-- Must have electronic experience on customer technical support
--Proficient in English speaking is a MUST. Additional languages in French, Spanish or Chinese will be an asset.
