Production Coordinator/ Logistics Specialist
Job Description:
JTAA Fashion Design is looking for a detail oriented, organizational wizard with problem-solving skills to join its team as a full-time Production Coordinator/ Logistics Specialist. This role is integral to the flow of operations therefore the candidate must be a team player with attention to detail and is comfortable working well under pressure.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Create and submit production orders to factories
- Maintain and update delivery schedules for all production orders
- Inventory maintenance and control
- Logistics
- Upload Invoices
- Communicate with Factory on any returns/refusals and work with CSR/Accounting Team
- Assist Accounting Dept with Processing Payments as needed.
- Custom order approval and maintenance
- Ensure the successful completion of tasks and activities on time and within budget
- Liaise with all departments in a cooperative and professional manner
- Adopt additional duties that arise reflecting the growing of the company
- Expert working knowledge of Excel, MS office.
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Qualifications and Skills
- Education and/or experience:
- Post-Secondary Diploma in related field
- 2+ years of experience working in an office environment
- Experience working in the fashion industry preferable
- Must speak and write in both English and Mandarin
