工作要求:

- 中英文准确流利,口语水平高,语言表达能力强,善于与人沟通。
- 有耐心,工作积极热情, 能够灵活处理各项问题。
- 工作主要是 回复邮件,接待客人上门换取Modem.
- 协助接收包裹,并准备送货包裹
- 与销售团队协调,审查和维护库存报告
- 执行预设说明以准备各种电子设备
- 有时需要搬运设备

- 确保前台和会议室的整洁
- 欢迎有前台经验工作者,

工作时间 10am-7pm 需能接受公司周末工作的时间安排。

General Responsibility

  • - Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and direct them to appropriate personnel and meeting room
  • - Provide quality and efficient customer service to clients
  • - Provide general information to the client inquiries in person, by email, and phone professionally.
  • - Sort and repack returned devices while maintaining the inventory
  • - Pick up, return, exchange and ship modem in daily task.
  • - Work in fast paced environment, tasks are repetitive with some heavy lifting
  • - Keeps a safe and clean reception area and meeting room.
  • - Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring logbook.
  • - Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand.
  • - Perform other duties as assigned.

Skill and Requirement

  • - Business Diploma (or equivalent), Minimum 1 year’s reception experience or equivalent experience
  • - Proficiency in customer focus, Knowledge with computers
  • - Effective problem-solving ability, highly responsible and trustworthy
  • - Effective communication skills both oral and written
  • - Excellent organizational and time management skills and the able to multitask
