Job Title: Real Estate Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Richmond hill, Ontario
Salary: To be negotiated base on experience
Working Hours : Weekday 9:00AM - 6:00PM


Key Responsibilities

• You will be working in a collaborative and skilled environment
  
• Design & animate motion graphics for promos, brand spots, and various requests are required
  
• Contribute to brainstorm sessions, concept development, style frames & animations
  

Background and Skill

• Bachelor degree in graphic design or equivalent portfolio is REQUIRED
  
• Online portfolio is REQUIRED
  
• Strong motion design skills including Adobe CC suite (especially Photoshop、 AI and InDesign) is REQUIRED
  
• A strong understanding of user interface design, user experience, and visual design fundamentals and techniques in generating designs/layouts.
  
• Experience in 3D software is a bonus!
  
• Brainstorming skills
  
• Self-motivation
  
• Problem solving skills
  

• Must Speak Mandarin and English
