A fast-paced immigration firm is looking for a full time Sales General Manager to join our team and deal with our Chinese clientele. We are seeking for a motivated and reliable candidate to fill an immediate opening position.

Sales General Manager
Job Duties:
The ideal candidate will perform the following duties:
Establish objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions. Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff. Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team. Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales, revenue and expenses reports to the management team. Perform other related duties as required.

Skills requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field is required. Minimum 2-years of working experience as a middle manager in trade or other service are Fluent in English (written, spoken, read) and Mandarin (written, spoken, read) and Excellent customer service skills. Willing to travel to China for conference and seminars. Knowledge of market research and experience in all aspects of planning and implement sales strategy. Previous working experience in managing and directing a sales team is preferred. Ability to work evenings from 3 pm to 10 pm from Sundays to Thursdays.
Wages:$ 41.50/hr per 35 hrs a week
