Aka Sushi is a newly-open busy restaurant specializing in Japanese casual dining in Surrey. We are looking for a highly motivated and creative full-time Cook to join our team. Ideal candidate for this position could be promoted to the high position.
Job Description
Main Duties:
1.   Prepare and cook sushi, sashimi and all kinds of rolls from the menu.
2.   Make teriyaki, tempura, Udon and donburi, etc
3.   Develop new and creative recipes.
4.   Clean kitchen and work area.
5.   Maintain inventory, safety and records of food, supplies and equipment.
6.   Ensure operation level of profitability and client satisfaction.
7.   Determine size of food portions and estimate food cost and requirements.

Requirement:
1.   One-year directly related work experience is required
2.   Completion of Secondary School or Cooking Diploma/Certificate

Wage and Benefit:
Wage: $14.5/hour to $16.5/hour

Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
Hours: 40 hours/Week
