We are an import and wholesale company in Richmond, BC currently seeking for a long-term and reliable full-time office receptionist with order entry skill sets.
compensation: $2,300/month or more based on experience with 3 month probation. Further pay raises will be provided based on performance
No experience is necessary but we do require that you are: -Fluent in English -Ability to work independently -Quick learner -Reliable -Friendly, motivated individual with great and open attitude -Punctual and have strong work ethics -Ability to multitask and work in different environments -Have basic computer skills and have knowledge of MS Office environment. -Availability to work full-time hours Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Not required but assets: -Ability to converse in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
Responsibilities: -Answer and transfer daily incoming phone calls and take messages -Receive and send out mail/courier packages -Order entry -Invoicing daily orders -Contacting existing and potential customers -Quotation and marketing catalog creation -Other duties as required by shipping manager
