Job Title: Quickbook Accountant & Administrative Assistant Located at Richmond, a quickly expanding eCommerce business in USA & Canada needs energetic people to join us to grow.
Core responsibilities & duties: • Carry and maintain all accounting function in Quickbook system • Inventory and stock ledger processing • Prepare monthly financial statement and reconciliation • Maintain filing systems • Carry general office and administration support • Other duties as assigned
Requirement: • Minimum education: Diploma • 1 – 2 years working experience in Canada • Strong accuracy, attention to detail and good problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of Quickbook or other accounting software • Experience in inventory handling • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, Cantonese is definitely an asset
