Richmond Busy Auto Body Repair Shop is Hiring Front Desk

We are a busy auto body repair shop located in No.3 Road Richmond. We deal with auto insurance companies for auto collision and glass repairing. We are looking for a positive and motivated person to fill front desk position. Qualified candidates are entitled to enjoy company dental and health benefit. It's a good opportunity for entry-level position seeker; competent employees will always be recognized and rewarded. 

Requirement:

1. Good work ethics: punctual, honest, friendly, proactive
2. Good customer service skill
3. Fluent AT LEAST in English AND Mandarin; Cantonese is an asset
4. Good at multi-tasking
5. MS Word and Excel literate
6. Knowledge of Quickbooks is an asset
7. Passionate about the automobile industry
8. Good presentation
9. Detail oriented
10. Can adapt to fast work pace
11. Confident in your memory skill

***College level education or higher is preferred
***More Experience Preferred
***Capable of some physical work such as parts lifting preferred
***Minimum class 7 driver's license required

Job Description:

1. Customer communication: listen to their needs, make appointments, and update repair progress
2. Auto parts management, including ordering, returning and follow-ups.
3. Customer data entry
4. File management
5. Bookkeeping
6. Arranging repairs 

On-the-job training is provided, new questions are always welcomed.
The training will start on May 14th, 2018.
