As the company continues to grow, an opportunity now exists for an Office Assistant/Coordinator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Greet incoming visitors, pick up and drive for guests
Scan/ Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
Process incoming and outgoing mail, manually or electronically
Assist with administrative procedures
Provide general support for other departments
Coordinate with Property Maintenance, open houses and so on
Assist with editing brochures, PPT, advertising, website
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great organizational, planning and time management skills
Bachelor degree in related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, website management
Fluent in English and Mandarin (both oral and writing)
Must have BC Class 5 Driver Licence
1-2 year office assistant experience is an asset
