We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for the general responsibilities as below:
- Answer all phone inquiries in a professional manner
- Prepare, organize and maintain customer files
- Assist with general office administration duties
- Communicate and follow up with suppliers for purchases
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 3 years administrative experience
- Local education or work background is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Second language preferred (ie. mandarin)
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Ability to multi-tasks
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Must have valid driver licence
