Qualifications One-year or more office administrative/ receptionist experience or related experience High school or equivalent Fluent in both English and Mandarin listening, comprehension and speaking skills Outstanding communication skills with a passion for customer service Class 5 Driver's License Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills Team player with the ability to work independently Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Job responsibilities Assist with reception duties on an as-needed basis Manage couriers and mail Responsible for creating, organizing and maintaining documents Ensure office equipment and office environment are organized and maintained Maintain and/or initiate regular contact with internal departments (i.e. marketing department) and external parties as required, to address queries and purchase staff Answer new and existing customers queries in a warm polite manner with a high level of professionalism
