Deal with customers enquiries including in-person visit, phone and email enquiries Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers Sales operations, administration, and order management Customer service Hands on daily co-ordination with operations & inventory management team Support with other areas as needed Qualifications:
Able to work in BC without employer’s support (PR or Canadian citizen) Proficient in English and Mandarin At least two years of relevant working experience Strong interpersonal skills in a client facing environment Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Strong work ethic & pro-active nature BC driver’s license Compensation: Competitive wage based on market and experience
