Required Responsibilities: ▪ Assisting store management in daily operations; supervise and coordinate store sales staff ▪ Support store management in coaching, counseling, disciplining and training employees ▪ Meet the personal sales targets ▪ Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets ▪ Evaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staff ▪ Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed ▪ Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock ▪ Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with company’s standards ▪ Utilize computers to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning; prepare sales reports and other reports ▪ Make sure that health and safety measures are met ▪ Monitor local competitors ▪ Ensure that hours of operation are in compliance with local laws ▪ Organize and distribute staff schedules and assign staff duties ▪ Handle customer complaints, issues and questions and other problems in the store ▪ Assist Store Management to research for new retail locations ▪ Responsible for hiring and training of new store staff Qualifications and Skills: ▪ Outstanding written, oral, and verbal communication skills ▪ Must have PC skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite ▪ Must have customer service skills ▪ Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin and English
