Job Title: Customer Service and Operations We are currently looking to hire (2) Permanent Full time 客服运营who can handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner via many communication tools. Full time work schedule starting at 8am to 5pm five days a week but Saturday and Sunday are also on shift. Start date: Immediate but will remain until all positions are filled.
Compensation: Base Salary $2500/month + Performance Bonus Benefits package after 3 months of probationary period
Primary Duties: • Provide strong customer service to all clientele in a professional and courteous manner via many communication tools (email, customer request system, Telegram, and etc.); • Follow up daily data report; • Collect customer opinions; actively improve the customer experience together with other teams; • Participate in community building and operation • Plan online and offline activities Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor or Diploma in related subject; • Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills in English and 中文. • Fluent Korean/Spanish/Russian/Arabian would be preferred. • Knowledge of cryptocurrency is an asset • Ability to set priorities and fulfill multi-tasks in time. • A high level of comfort with computer programs. • No experience is necessary, training will be provided Additional Information Thank you for your interest in a career with CK Fintech located in Vancouver. • Only those selected for an interview will be contacted; • Successful applicants may be required to complete a Criminal Records Review Check; • There may also be times when this role would cover other shifts over the weekends and on statutory holidays on an as-needed basis; • We will consider your resume for additional opportunities.
