Duties: • General office responsibilities • Answering phones and emails • Provide customer service, answer product related questions • Take and enter product orders • Invoice customers and perform payment reconciliations • Pinting, scanning & filing • Support management as needed • Additional duties as required Requirements: • Keen attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. • Fluent English & Cantonese and Mandarin • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written • Highly motivated self-started, able to work independently with minimal supervision • Full – time We can provide for you: • Evenings, weekends and holidays off • Bonus & paid vacation
