工作职责：
*当客户到达订单时提供客户服务
*从仓库中选择订单
*根据需要接收并输入订单
*愿意学习叉车将是一项资产，但必要 - 公司将按其成本进行培训/认证

要求：
•成功的候选人必须精力充沛，专业，积极主动
•有客户服务经验
•注重细节和卓越的组织能力
•使用Microsoft Office Suite（Word，Excel和Outlook）的一般能力
•能够按时完成工作，优先适当地完成任务并有效地执行多项任务
•中学后教育将是一项资产
•良好的普通话和会话英语能力，书面和口头表达至关重要

可能的班次时间（必须灵活）
周一至周四：12：45 pm-9：15pm
星期五：上午10:45 - 晚上7:15
星期六：上午9:45 - 下午6:15

薪资范围：14-18美元/小时，取决于技能和经验

Job Opening: Warehouse - Order Picker & Customer Service

Express Employment Professionals, Delta/Richmond office, is hiring for a Mandarin/ English speaking Order Picker/ Customer Service Representative for an international health food distribution company in Richmond, BC. The ideal candidate is energetic and is customer-service oriented. Limited or warehouse experience with the right customer service attitude is welcome! Forklift experience or willing to train for forklift is an asset.

Responsibilities:
*Offer customer service when clients arrive to pick up orders
*Pick orders from warehouse
*Receive and enter orders onto computer as needed
*Willing to learn forklift would be an asset but necessary – company will train/ certify at their cost

Requirements:
•Successful candidates must be energetic, professional, proactive and positive
•Experience in customer service
•Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
•General ability of using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
•Able to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks appropriately and multitask effectively
•Post-Secondary education would be an asset
•Good Mandarin and conversational English skills, written and verbal is essential

Possible Shift times (must be flexible)
Monday to Thursday: 12:45pm-9:15pm
Friday: 10:45am - 7:15pm
Saturday: 9:45am - 6:15pm

Salary Range: $14-18/ hour depending on skills and experience
