Our company is looking for three regional service center managers who will work separately in Montreal, Quebec City and Ottawa.The successful candidate will be responsible for the establishment of regional sales network, implementation of company’s sales strategy and plan and after-sales service etc.
Main duties 1. Participate in the formulation of the company's overall sales strategy, sales channels and customer expansion plans; 2. Based on the regional center store, gradually establish secondary and tertiary sales outlets; 3. Develop regional sales plans, promotion plans and management systems and responsible for implementation; 4. Establish product display and customer reception areas to provide customer experience services; 5. Organize and establish a product supporting service system to realize multi-warehousing management; 6. Responsible for organizing product installation services, recruiting and training employees, arranging employee worksheets, supervising employee work and evaluating; 7. Responsible for regional after-sales service, replying customer's opinions and resolving complaints, and handling emergency emergencies; 8. Track and collect regional market trends, changes in demand, competitors and customer feedback and report to the company;
Employment Requirements and Desired Skills
• A university degree or above in business administration or Marketing • At least 3-5 years related experiences; • Proven regional strategy development capabilities and market operation experience • Experience in building materials sales or e-commerce sales background is preferred • Excellent leadership and customer service skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills; able to work well under pressure
